The flexibility with time really really worked for me. I also loved that each session is paced according to my needs. There are some times when I just need to vent, versus some other times when I need to sit back and listen: I love that I can do both if and when I want. I love that working with Saloni feels like such a safe space where I can talk about my deepest feelings and fears. She helped me overcome some of my longest standing challenges in life. I think making an action plan and strategy definitely helped as it felt like a support system that I could fall back on. Having the option to keep in touch during the week got me through the tough times.

Saloni is very good at what she does. Very professional and a really good listener. I've been taking therapy for about 2 years from her, and I decided to keep it going even after the pro-bono period ended since she was a great helping hand and I wanted to keep working on myself and my mental health.
